My quest to find the perfect gimlet takes me to many bars around the globe. One of my favorite places to grab a gimlet is Red Square in the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. I have been coming to this bar for over 10 years as I love the huge Cold War Russian Propaganda posters on the walls and the bar made from ice. With hundreds of vodkas on the menu, I get way overwhelmed and usually revert back to my standbys, Grey Goose or Titos.
The drinks are good and strong at Red Square and the ambience is the perfect complement to them. Make sure you check out happy hour as many drinks are half price.
