I saw this online and had to make them for our Christmas party. A simple sugar cookie is coated with white frosting. We then took marshmallows and cooked them in the microwave for 10 seconds. They were a bit soft at that time and stuck to the cookies. We then decorated them like traditional snowmen.

It was a fun project on a snowy winter say.
