I had a much longer than normal layover at ATL this week and was pleasantly surprised to find a PF Chang’s at the top of the escalator in Terminal A.
Now I am known to dine at PF Chang’s for larger work functions because the food is always good and plentiful. I usually get the old-standbys such as the lettuce wraps or Mongolian beef, but tonight I was surprised to see Pad Thai on the menu. I had to try it!
I have had Pad Thai from London to California and everywhere in between and this was one of the best I have ever had. Huge pieces of mushrooms, Scallions, Eggs, Peanuts, Lime and cilantro with smokey chicken between it all.
I paired this with a J Lohr Cabernet that complemented it very well. For only $16 a plate, be sure to find a PF
Chang’s with Pad Thai on the menu.
