The holidays are not complete without these simple to make and delicious stuffed mushrooms.
Start with a pound if white mushrooms. Pop the stems off and arrange caps in a baking pan.
Chop four cloves of garlic and sauté in a medium frying pan until golden. Dice the mushroom stems and add to the garlic. Cook until soft and most the moisture has cooked off.
Let cool for a couple of minutes and then add one package of Alouette Garlic flavored cheese and some breadcrumbs (enough until makes a firm mixture). Mix in 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan.
Fill each of the mushroom caps and cook for 60 minutes at 350. Serve and enjoy!
